On this Good Friday, just a short note to wish all my dear readers a blessed and happy Easter. We're going to be heading out soon to go and spend the weekend with the family, so I will once again be out of commission for the next few days.
Upon my return I hope to have some good news to share. In the meantime, may you enjoy your time with family and friends as we remember and celebrate our risen Christ.

- Life is pretty interesting as a single mother raising a son. My job takes me many places around the country, but my dream is to someday travel to St. Petersburg, Russia. However, Alaska is a spectacular second (or first, as my son yells). Life can get pretty messy sometimes, but I choose to deal with things and truly LIVE! Both myself and my son are writers of various influences, but my favorite genre for novels is fantasy. The Tsarist period of Russia, particularly Catherine-the-Great, is what first whetted my appetite and love of history. For the last several years, WWII has taken a great deal of my study - sad and horrible time. But we can't let the past dictate the future, and a wonderful future it will be.
